The prices shown are for up to four people staying for a minimum of three nights. For up to six people, there is a supplement of £15 per 5th / 6th person to cover extra cleaning costs. Similarly, there is a £15 supplement to use the sofa bed (Roseneath) or single mattress (Gladstone) with up to four people. Shorter stays may be possible with a surcharge to cover extra cleaning costs.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

 

Deposit: Non-returnable 10% of total booking.
Balance due: 8 weeks before arrival plus a refundable security deposit of £100 or 10% of total booking, whichever is greater (to cover eventual breakage or damage and any extra cleaning required if the accommodation is not left reasonably clean and tidy as found).
Bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival require payment in full to secure booking.

 

Cancellation Policy: 30+ days prior to arrival - 10% of total booking
14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking
Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
Notice must be made in writing and acknowledged by The Roseneath Apartment.

Please contact us for prices for bookings of three weeks or longer, for which discounted rates are based on the weekly rates over the period of the let. Stays of over 30 days are only allowed for a total of five months of the year, so please contact us regarding availability for bookings lasting from 31 days to five months.
